SCHENECTADY -- Steve Wagoner of Broadalbin defeated John Hofmann of Colonie 269-255 Sunday to win the $2,000 top prize in the inaugural Joe Donato Singles Tournament at Towne Academy. Hofmann won $1,000.


There were 337 total entries in the 16-day tournament, including 48 qualifiers and 18 others who cashed but didn't qualify.
