COLONIE -- Justice Harold J. Hughes of state Supreme Court in Albany has dismissed a $2 million lawsuit that Justin Resnick, owner of Resnick's Troy Mattress retail chain, filed against his 1529 Central Ave. landlord. Resnick claimed that Air-Tite Business Center illegally took down a sign advertising Troy Mattress. Hughes said Air-Tite was complying with Colonie zoning requirements and its action was therefore proper.


Resnick said he plans to appeal.
